Working on a baby blanket for my soon-to-arrive granddaughter . . . finding a great recipe for enchiladas . . . exercising twice (Pilates–now, if I can just keep it up!) . . . visiting with the son who lives farthest away . . . making coffee with no grounds swimming on top (are you reading this, Austin? hehe) . . . my granddaughter saying, “Nana, you’re my princess,” and kissing the back of my hand . . . finishing my poem, “The Color of Bones,” and getting such a good response to it.
(Almost time for my new granddaughter to arrive!)
